Preserving Our Roots
The hub brings together growers, cooks, researchers and knowledge holders working with Australian native grains. It shares published research openly and keeps cultural knowledge in the hands of the communities it belongs to.
Practical growing, processing and cooking knowledge is shared in open groups. Country-based and cultural knowledge belongs in private groups overseen by the relevant Grains Custodians. Members share only what they have permission to share, and Custodians can remove anything posted without consent.
